5 Weeks to Build a good lifestyle

During these 5 weeks we will be focusing on the 5 Pillars of Health

  • Sleep
  • Physical Health
  • Mental Health and
  • Social Connections

The 5 weeks will include:

  • Online Nutrition Seminar on Day 1 of Challenge including Q&A
  • Daily food Journaling and weekly review and feedback from Coach Neha Agarwalla and Vidur Gupta
  • 15 Online Fitness Classes where you are coached by highly qualified CrossFit Coaches
    (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) You can choose from 7:30am, 9am, 6pm, 6:30pm
  • 5 Yoga Classes (1 Per week)
  • Workout Videos for those who miss online classes
  • Recipes in line with challenge guideline
  • Whatsapp support group
  • Weekly activities to help improve lifestyle
