What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a lifestyle fitness programme, usually conducted in Group classes, designed to benefit everybody, from individuals just starting their fitness journey to those who train regularly. CrossFitters perform well in various different disciplines due to the constantly varied nature of the workouts and their pursuit towards Higher Intensity.


Our most valuable attribute is our sense of Community. The support of each of the members is what brings people back to the box. People you work out with aren’t just people you work out with, but instead are a part of an extended family that is there to pick you up and keep you motivated towards the common goal of improving yourself everyday.
